Share and install a build
Use a Share Link when a ready Build must be available without Workspace membership.
Prerequisites
You must be an Account Admin or current App Manager for the Build.
Steps
- Open the ready Build in QuollVault.
- Create a Share Link.
- Copy the generated URL once and send it only to the intended recipient.
- Revoke the link when access is no longer needed.
Expected result
The link remains valid for at most seven days unless revoked earlier. QuollVault stores only the secret hash.
APK: download/install. AAB: download only. IPA: over-the-air install only when current installability is eligible; otherwise download/use another distribution path.
Common failures
- revoked/expired/invalid link: create a new link if still authorized;
- active Share Link cap reached: revoke an old link first;
- iOS install unavailable: inspect installability.
